§ 8.12.210. Hearing—Evidence—Consideration—Findings.

A.

The planning commission shall hold a hearing and consider all competent evidence offered by any person pertaining to the matters set forth in the report of the city engineer, if such a hearing is requested as provided in Section 8.12.160.

B.

The planning commission shall make written findings of fact as to whether or not the building or property is a substandard building or substandard property as defined in this chapter.
