§ 5.42.060. Inspections.

City employees, agents or contractors charged with the responsibility for enforcing any of the provisions of this chapter may, from time to time, make an inspection of each fixed location massage business or establishment in the city during regular business hours for the purpose of determining that all applicable laws are met.
