§ 5.42.070. Penalty.

In accordance with Rolling Hills Estates Municipal Code Chapter 1.24, in addition to the availability of all other remedies and penalties provided in this code for code violations, a violation of the provisions of Chapter 5.42, if charged criminally, will be a misdemeanor.
