§ 8.32.215. Permitted—Leaf blower operation hours and days.

Any person within the city shall be permitted to operate a gasoline powered leaf blower only between the following hours and on the following days:

Monday through Friday	Saturday
8:00 am—5:00 pm	9:00 am—5:00 pm

The use of gasoline powered leaf blowers is not allowed at any time on Sundays and holidays. For the purpose of this chapter, holidays shall consist of New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
