§ 8.12.360. Appeals—Resolution containing decision—Service on owners.

A copy of the resolution of the city council ordering the abatement of the nuisance shall be served upon the owners of the property in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.12.140, and shall contain a detailed list of needed corrections and/or abatement methods. Any property owner shall have the right to have any such premises rehabilitated or to have such building or structures demolished or repaired in accordance with the resolution at his own expense provided the same is done prior to the expiration of the time set for abatement. Upon such abatement in full by the owner, then proceedings hereunder shall be deemed terminated.
