§ 8.12.330. Appeals—Right—Content of request.

  • Any person entitled to service under Sections 8.12.110, 8.12.120, 8.12.150 or 8.12.180 may appeal from the decision of the planning commission by filing at the office of the city clerk within fifteen days from the date of service of such decision, a written dated appeal, containing:

    A.

    A heading in the words: "Before the City Council";

    B.

    A caption reading: "Appeal of," giving the names of all appellants participating in the appeal;

    C.

    A brief statement setting forth the legal interest of each of the appellants in the building or the land involved in the notice and order;

    D.

    A statement in ordinary and concise language of the specific order or action protested;

    E.

    The signatures of all parties named as appellants, and their official mailing addresses;

    F.

    The verification of at least one appellant as to the truth of the matters stated in the appeal.
