§ 8.12.240. Abatement—When hearing not requested.

If neither the city engineer nor any other person requests a hearing and the substandard condition as set forth in the notice of substandard building or property is not completed within the time specified in such notice, the city engineer may demolish such portions of the structures, or may cause such other work to be done to the extent necessary to eliminate the hazards and other substandard conditions which had been found to exist.
