All permitting, regulatory and use requirements of Chapter 8.04 of Title 8 of the Los Angeles County Code relating to a "food facility", "food establishment",
"retail food vehicle", "independent wholesale food vehicle", "mobile food facility",
"mobile food-preparation unit", and "mobile support unit" as such terms are defined
in Chapter 8.04 of Title 8 of the Los Angeles County Code, are adopted by reference as the food facility regulations
of the city.
