§ 5.40.150. Revocation.

A.

Permits issued pursuant to this chapter may be revoked upon the grounds set forth in Section 5.04.210 of this code.

B.

The procedure for the revocation and appeal of a decision of revocation of a permit issued under this chapter will be as set forth in Sections 5.04.220 and 5.04.240 of this code.

C.

If a permit is revoked pursuant to this chapter, a new permit may not be issued to the permittee for a period of six months from the date the revocation goes into effect consistent with Section 5.04.230.
