The planning commission will consist of seven members who must be residents of the
city and registered voters, but may not be city employees, during their respective
terms of office. Members of the commission will be appointed by the city council.
All members appointed to terms beginning January 1, 2012, and thereafter will be appointed
to terms of two years each. If a vacancy occurs, such vacancy will be filled by appointment
by the city council. Any member of the commission may be removed from office with
or without cause by the majority vote of the city council.
