§ 16.04.010. Subdivision code adopted by reference.

A.

Title 21 of the Los Angeles County Code (Subdivisions), as such code may be amended from time to time, and except as amended by this chapter, is adopted by reference as the subdivision code of the city. Such code is referred to in this chapter as the "county subdivision code."

B.

One copy of the current county subdivision code will be at all times maintained by the city clerk for examination by the public.
