§ 12.08.010. Adopted authority—Compliance with required.

The city council, by resolution, shall adopt standard specifications for the construction, reconstruction and repair and maintenance of all public streets, pavement, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, drainage structures, bridges and the like. Upon and after the adoption of such specifications, no person shall construct, reconstruct, maintain or repair any type of street work, as referred to in the specifications, except in conformity therewith.
